Plant Manager

We are looking for a proactive Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all plant operations, managing staff, optimising productivity, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient plant operations.
• Manage daily operations, including production scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in production efficiency and product quality.
• Lead and motivate a team of production supervisors and operators to achieve production targets.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Engineering, Quality Control, and Maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Prepare and analyze reports on plant performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 12 to 15 years of proven experience in manufacturing.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex situations and resolve issues.
