Deputy Production Manager

· Monitor/control the production Operations & make arrangements for step by step improvement to increase productivity & Quality of the products in all production Areas. Maintaining GMP compliance is the prime responsibility of the production manager.

· Get monthly production Targets by monitoring, scheduling & execution of weekly & daily Production Plan in all production Areas. Correlate with supply chain & planning team for the smooth scheduling of production.

· Get production Targets of export products according to schedule at all manufacturing and packaging stages.

· Training of production staff with the coordination of HR and maintaining records as per GPM standards.

· Ensure that Practical yields are within limits & in case of deviation BMR is closed with proper justification.

· Coordinate with Engineering department for regular maintenance of the production machinery and Equipment to meet the cGMP standards of the products ready to sale.

· Ensure that the product has been made with GMP standards & sign out all relevant BMRs accordingly.

· Being the power user of ERP system trained the Junior staff & controls all the Pending & WIP product status & report to Plant Manager on daily/weekly Basis in writing.

· Lead reliability, compliance, quality and safety programs; Ensure that required government and environmental regulations are met;

· Responsible for organizing the formulation, implementation, inspection, supervision and control of various management systems of the production department;

· Prepare and conduct team meetings as required to achieve proper communication and development of the team

· Ensure that personnel are fully trained, committed to and operate in accordance with all aspects of safety and quality systems and requirements. Coordinate all quality and safety training for employees and maintain required records

· Evaluate performance against production targets and adjust resource allocation as needed to optimize the quality and cost efficiency of operations. Identify problems in production process and guide improvement plan, shift scheduling, overtime level, training, etc. to plant management. Report all activities;

· Responsible for the implementation of production plan, grasp the production schedule to ensure the normal operation of production; Responsible for maintaining sufficient production and distribution supplies inventory to meet the company's supply needs, complete the production tasks assigned by the company in quality, quantity and on time;

Manage and upgrade equipment and product quality problems, responsible for the maintenance and repair of production equipment and measuring instruments, organize regularly. Repair and maintain, improve the completion rate and utilization rate of equipment; Find problems timely organization to solve and deal, report major problems directly;
