ASSISTANT MANAGER PRODUCTION (MECHANICAL ENGINEER)

• Supervise daily production activities across cutting, grinding, tempering, laminating, and assembly lines to ensure compliance with production plans.
• Optimize shift planning, manpower allocation, and machine utilization (CNC cutting, tempering furnaces) to achieve maximum output.
• Ensure timely execution of production schedules to meet customer deadlines.
• Ensure all glass products meet OEM specifications for optical clarity, safety standards (tempered/laminated), and dimensional accuracy.
• Enforce safety protocols (ISO standards, OHSAS/OSHA) to reduce hazards in the manufacturing area.
• Work closely with the quality team to investigate production defects, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or causes of waste and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and ensure timely maintenance of machinery.
• Lead and motivate shift supervisors and operators, fostering a high-performance, disciplined, and safe culture.
• Train and mentor staff on new production methods, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs300,000.00 per month

Experience:

• GLASS INDUSTRY / INDUSTRIAL: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• DEGREE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (Required)
