Assistant Manager Converting - Corrugation

Roshan Packages Limited is looking for a competent and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Converting to join our Corrugation Unit. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth converting operations, monitoring machine performance, and supporting production efficiency through data-driven reporting and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations of the Converting Section
• Monitor machine performance, production output, and downtime
• Ensure preparation and monitoring of DPCS, MTTR, and MTBF reports
• Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams for timely issue resolution
• Ensure adherence to production priorities and operational plans
• Monitor capacity utilization and report any operational losses promptly
• Support process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in converting operations (preferably in corrugation/packaging industry)
• Strong understanding of production processes and machine performance metrics
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Good coordination, analytical, and communication skills
