Plant Operation cum Production Manager (Rice Mill)

ü Implement efficient manufacturing processes and workflows

ü Managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

ü Coordinate with departments such as production, Dispatch, logistics & Transport, Purchase, Security.

ü Monitor daily operations and find potential issues to avoid production delays or low.

ü Diagnosing and solving operational problems, ensuring the plant runs efficiently.

ü Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

ü Identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices to organise and optimise plant.

ü Plan on daily basis for next day workforce like labour, workers, hamal, drivers etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
