Plant Operation Executive

Job Description:

• Will responsible to ensure smooth seed processing and packing processes of different crop seed varieties and lots as per given SOPs.
• Should have Bachelor / preferably Master degree in Seed science or seed processing technology from a reputed institute.
• Will maintain proper record keeping of all seed operation steps where keen observations are required.
• Will assist Plant Manager Seed Production for all seed processes.
• Should have good command over MS Excel and working knowledge of ERP/ company Software entries.
• Should have experience of seed warehousing, processing and packing.
• Supervision in all aspects of the seed processing plant, including overseeing staff, ensuring production efficiency and quality standards and maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Responsibilities include managing end-to-end operations like arrival, unloading, drying, shelling, cleaning, grading, treatment and packing.
• Handling of labor to perform all seed plant and warehousing operations.
• Submission of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly socks and activity reports.
• Responsible to arrange prior inputs and materials required for seed processing and packing processes through on-time requisitions and getting approvals by the management.

Degree Title: Bachelor / preferably Master degree in Seed science or seed processing technology from a reputed institute.

Experience: Minimum 2-3Years Experience
