We are looking for Plant Operators who want a stable, hands-on role with strong growth potential. This is an opportunity to join a team where safety, teamwork, and development are priorities, and where your effort directly impacts both the operation and the environment.

Pay and Growth

• Starting pay: $20/hour
• Structured, in-house development program
• Opportunity to increase to $25/hour within the first year as skills are developed and validated
• Overtime opportunities available

Schedule

• Facility operates 24 hours per day
• Current openings primarily on:
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 9:55 PM – 6:00 AM may also be an opportunity

What You’ll DoPlant Operations

• Manage incoming wastewater and treatment processes
• Monitor tank levels to ensure proper capacity and flow
• Operate and maintain plant and processing equipment

Equipment & Maintenance

• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and skid steers
• Perform routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance
• Assist with minor electrical or mechanical tasks as needed

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Basic Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work on your feet for most of the shift
• Comfortable working in environments with strong odors and varying conditions (hot, cold, wet)
• Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple areas

Preferred Experience

• 1+ year of plant operations or industrial experience
• Experience with pumps, machinery, or mechanical systems
• Laboratory experience is a plus

Work Environment

• Industrial setting with exposure to varying temperatures and conditions
• Regular lifting, bending, and climbing
• Work may involve strong odors related to wastewater processing
