Job Purpose

Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring a Plant Quality Control Manager for an aerosol manufacturing plant. The role is responsible for ensuring product quality, GMP compliance, and adherence to regulatory and company standards across all production and laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all QC/QA activities in aerosol manufacturing

Ensure raw materials and finished goods meet specifications

Manage laboratory testing (leakage, pressure, spray, chemical & physical tests)

Monitor production processes (filling, crimping, gassing, packing)

Ensure GMP, ISO, and EHS compliance

Handle customer complaints and lead root cause analysis

Implement CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives

Conduct audits and ensure batch release compliance

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field

7 to 10 years of quality management experience in FMCG / Chemical Manufacturing industry

3–5 years of experience in aerosol manufacturing preferred

Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, and quality systems

Skills & Competencies Leadership and team management

Problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset
