We’re now hiring an MRO Specialist who understands the ground realities of plant store operations and can apply ground-level knowledge to keep item and vendor tagging precise and consistent.

What You’ll Do:

• Accurately tag items with the correct item group inside the IndustryPrime system.
• Handle vendor registration — linking the right vendor to the right item (not just broad item groups).
• Work with our team to maintain error-free data that’s simple and reliable for clients.
• Bring your own-ground knowledge of MRO items, vendors, and plant stores to strengthen our system.
• Drive day-to-day operations, implement systems to enhance productivity, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Why This Role Matters:

Tagging may sound simple, but it’s the backbone of smooth plant operations. While companies settle for broad, group-level tagging, we want to go deeper — vendor tagging down to the item level. This precision ensures no mistakes, no mismatches, and no inefficiencies for our clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of plant store experience (preferably in steel or other manufacturing industries).
• Strong knowledge of MRO items (maintenance, repair, operations).
• Eye for detail and accuracy
• Is proactive, resourceful, and loves solving real problems.
• Is open to wearing multiple hats and growing beyond the “job description.”
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software (we’ll provide full training).
• Open to learning AI tools and applying them to make work faster and smarter
