Store & Purchase Incharge (Healthcare)

BN Clinic 19 is seeking an experienced Store & Purchase Incharge to manage the

inventory and procurement operations of our healthcare facility. The role is ideal for

candidates with proven experience in handling pharmaceutical, medical, and general

supplies in a hospital or clinical setting.

Education:

​Graduate / Diploma (preferably with a background in pharmacy, supply chain, or healthcarem anagement)

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Receive, inspect, and maintain records of incoming stock (medicines,consumables,equipment, etc.)

● Ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical and medical items as per healthcares tandards

● Monitor stock levels, track expiries, and manage stock issuance to departments

● Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile with system records

● Identify and negotiate with vendors for timely, cost-effective procurement

● Raise purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and process supplier invoices

● Maintain vendor database and build healthy supplier relationships

● Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams for inventory planning andp rocurement forecasting

● Suggest measures to reduce wastage and optimize inventory

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical, medical consumables, and equipment

management

● Familiarity with inventory management software or proficiency in MS Excel

● Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills

● Honest, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently​

● Prepare and submit periodic inventory and purchase reports to management

Desired Candidate Profile:

● Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare or hospital environment (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical, medical consumables, and equipment

management

● Familiarity with inventory management software or proficiency in MS Excel

● Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills

● Honest, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
