Key Accountabilities

To monitor all activities of the store team.
-
To monitor activity related to RGP/NRGP/Rejection.
-
To consolidate daily reports of material receiving & issuing section of stores & prepare inventory reports.
-
To ensure the material management process complies with SOPs & take corrective actions on deviation.
-
Responsible for effective material management by keeping track of fast-moving, slow-moving, and nonmoving materials & cascading the information to respective departments.

To adopt modern techniques of material management in-store activities.
-
To train store personnel on effective inventory management techniques.
-
Coordination between user & purchase to maintain min. inventory of packing, Chemicals & other fast-moving items.

Responsible for managing day-to-day activities of receipt & issue. Communication with another department to provide them details of day-to-day receipt & issue details so that they can control their budget and plan their work accordingly.

Responsible for providing reports of closing stock & revenue expenditures to management on a daily & monthly basis.

Responsible for the implementation of 5S in stores and the FIFO concept.

Responsible for timely closing the receipt & issue & forwarding GRN to accounts.

Responsible for collecting & processing quotations for monthly disposal of scrap.

Approval of indent related to minimum inventory.

To ensure HSE policies related to the Warehouse and work area are followed.

Qualifications/Requirements
Education: Engineering Graduation B.E. Mechanical or Electrical with MBA
Experience: 8 to 10 years in similar role.
