Job Summary

A Plaster Mason is responsible for applying plaster, cement, stucco, and similar materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create smooth or decorative finishes. The role involves working on residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects while ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply and spread plaster, cement, and other finishing materials on walls, ceilings, and partitions
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying bonding agents
• Mix plaster materials to the correct consistency
• Repair cracks, holes, and damaged plaster surfaces
• Install decorative plaster finishes when required
• Ensure surfaces are smooth, level, and aligned
• Work with construction teams including masons, painters, and supervisors
• Follow safety standards and site regulations at all times
• Maintain tools and equipment properly

Requirements

• Proven experience as a plaster mason (2–5 years preferred)
• Knowledge of plastering techniques, materials, and tools
• Ability to read basic construction drawings
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor conditions
• Familiarity with safety procedures in construction sites
• High school or technical training (preferred but not mandatory)
