Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Plastic Surgeon to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is DHA-licensed, passionate about aesthetic excellence, and committed to providing safe, effective, and natural-looking outcomes. This role involves performing advanced cosmetic and reconstructive procedures while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform surgical and non-surgical plastic and aesthetic procedures according to DHA standards.
• Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Ensure patient safety, informed consent, accurate documentation, and compliance with all DHA guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, and nursing staff.
• Provide follow-up care, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans when needed.
• Maintain exceptional patient communication, education, and rapport.
• Contribute to clinic quality improvement, innovation in services, and protocol enhancements.
• Participate in marketing, before/after photography, and professional representation of the clinic when required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• DHA License as a Specialist/Consultant Plastic Surgeon (mandatory).
• Minimum 5+ years of total clinical experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
• At least 3 years of plastic surgery experience in Dubai under DHA regulations.
• Proven expertise in procedures such as:
• Facial aesthetics (rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, facelifts, etc.)
• Body contouring (liposuction, tummy tuck, etc.)
• Breast procedures
• Non-surgical enhancements (injectables, threads, lasers preferred)
• Excellent communication, patient counseling, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong aesthetic judgment and ability to deliver natural, high-quality results.
• Commitment to ethical practice, safety protocols, and professional integrity.
