Key Responsibilities
- Manage player registrations, eligibility, and documentation
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and scheduling
- Act as the primary liaison between players and league ops
- Handle player-related issues, queries, and escalations
- Ensure compliance with league rules and conduct standards
- Support match-day and event operations
Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years in player ops, team ops, or event operations
- Strong coordination and people-management skills
- Experience working in fast-paced competitive environments
- Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
