We are looking for a warm, energetic, and creative Playgroup Teacher cum Art Teacher who can nurture young learners (1.8–3 years) while leading fun, theme-based art and craft activities. The ideal candidate will balance joyful classroom teaching with creative décor and basic content creation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Playgroup Teaching & Classroom Care

• Conduct daily playgroup sessions focusing on routine, play-based learning, and early developmental skills.
• Engage toddlers through rhymes, sensory play, stories, music, and simple hands-on activities.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and emotionally supportive environment.
• Help children with basic routines: settling, snack time, toileting support, transitions, etc.

2. Art & Craft Activities (Toddler-Friendly)

• Plan and conduct simple, age-appropriate art and craft activities based on themes.
• Prepare materials and help children explore colours, textures, shapes, and creativity.
• Display children’s artwork attractively on boards and classroom walls.

3. Classroom Aesthetics & Décor

• Set up theme corners, festival decorations, bulletin boards, and learning visuals.
• Assist in creating props and décor for special days and celebrations.

4. Content Creation Support (Basic)

• Capture photos and short videos of activities (with consent and guidelines).
• Create simple reels using apps like CapCut/InShot/Instagram.
• Showcase classroom learning and creativity in an aesthetic, child-safe manner.

5. Event Assistance

• Support with décor, art props, and setups for school events, theme days, and celebrations.
• Participate actively in school functions and programs.

6. Teamwork & Communication

• Coordinate with senior teachers and management for planning and classroom alignment.
• Maintain polite and positive communication with parents during pickups/drop-offs.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and school programs as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Passion for working with toddlers (1.8–3 years).
• Good creative skills in art, craft, and basic décor.
• Ability to create simple reels and content (basic editing skills).
• Patience, warmth, and child-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy playgroup environment.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in preschools or daycare.
• Certification in early childhood education.
• Previous experience in art teaching or content creation.
