PL/SQL L2 Support

Greetings from EWarriors Tech Solutions. We are hiring for the following position:

Role: PL/SQL L2 Support

Location: Chennai/Hyderabad (Onsite)

Experience: 6+ Years

Notice: Immediate Joiners / Less than 15 Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 application support for business-critical applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and performance.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes or workarounds.
• Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for issue escalation and resolution.
• Monitor batch jobs, database processes, and system performance.
• Prepare and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base.
• Participate in on-call support rotation and ensure SLAs are met.

Required Skills:

• 6–10 years of experience in PL/SQL development and support.
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills in Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
• Experience with incident management and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA, etc.).
• Good understanding of UNIX/Linux commands and shell scripting (basic).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
