We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team ( NOOR QAHIRAH FACILITES MANAGEMENT). This role requires a dedicated professional with expertise in plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the plumbing field, with a strong focus on ensuring the safe and efficient operation of plumbing systems within our properties. A solid understanding of local building codes and safety regulations is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues.
• Install new plumbing fixtures in commercial and residential buildings.
• Perform minor plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures.
• Ensure proper functioning of water supply and drainage systems.
• Install and maintain water supply pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing fixtures.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, using appropriate tools.
• Assist with the installation of new plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Read blueprints and layouts for plumbing installations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Work closely with other technicians and staff to complete repairs and installations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years’ experience in plumbing.
• In-depth knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Ability to handle complex plumbing tasks and repairs.
