MEP Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing).
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment, pumps, motors, electrical panels, and plumbing systems.
• Carry out installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP equipment and systems as required.
• Assist in minor civil and technical repairs related to MEP services.
• Monitor building systems to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts, and consumables.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines during work.
• Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and other technical staff to complete tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an MEP Technician or similar role in facilities/building maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physically fit and able to work shifts/on-call duties when required.
