PLUMBER

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and Maintenance: Installing new plumbing systems and fixtures (sinks, toilets, water heaters) and conducting regular maintenance to prevent issues.
• Repair: Diagnosing and repairing leaks, blockages, and other plumbing faults in pipes, valves, and fittings.
• Systems Expertise: Working with various systems, including water supply, drainage, and sometimes gas and heating systems.
• Code Compliance: Ensuring all installations and repairs adhere to relevant plumbing regulations and building codes to pass inspections.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Reading and understanding building plans and blueprints to accurately install and repair systems.
• Emergency Response: Responding to urgent calls for issues like burst pipes or blocked drains.
