We are seeking a reliable Plumber to carry out plumbing installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance throughout the hotel. This role ensures the safe and efficient operation of water supply, drainage, sewage, and plumbing fixtures, supporting guest comfort and smooth hotel operations in line with Faena standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair leaking pipes, faucets, toilets, drains, and plumbing fixtures.
• Unclog sinks, showers, floor drains, and sewer lines as required.
• Install new plumbing fixtures, fittings, and appliances.
• Perform routine inspections of water heaters, pumps, valves, and piping systems.
• Respond promptly to plumbing issues reported by guests or operational teams.
• Identify potential plumbing issues and carry out preventive maintenance to avoid failures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Manage spare parts and materials required for plumbing operations.
• Support fire and safety systems related to plumbing when required.
• Attend operational meetings and technical training sessions.
• Assist external contractors during major repairs or system upgrades.
• Contribute to water conservation and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, health regulations, and hotel standards.

• Proven experience as a Plumber in hotels, resorts, or commercial properties.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and water distribution.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
• Relevant plumbing trade certification preferred.
