PLUMBER- FACILITY MANAGEMENT

• Perform predictive and proactive maintenance of building potable water, fire water, and chilled water pipelines, including various types of valves.
• Ensure continuous availability and functionality of all sanitary fixtures, water supply lines, and floor/building drains.
• Conduct repair and maintenance of sewer and storm drain lines, both inside and outside buildings.
• Handle installation and modification of all types of plumbing systems to ensure uninterrupted use of sanitary equipment and drainage systems.
• Identify and rectify potential issues to prevent plumbing system failures and service interruptions.

Job Requirements

• Must be available in Doha for immediate interview.
• Should have a valid transferable visa with NOC.
• Must have relevant FM (Facility Management) or maintenance experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field is required.

Education & Certification

• Technical Qualification: ITI Certificate in Plumbing Trade (Diploma) (Original certificate must be available).
