Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures (e.g. sinks, toilets, water heaters, pipes, valves).
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building specifications.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems using pressure gauges and other tools.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and health and safety regulations.
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls.
• Collaborate with contractors and other construction professionals as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a plumber.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification is a plus.
• Valid plumbing license (if required by local authorities).
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and tools.
• Ability to read technical documents and blueprints.
• Good physical condition and manual dexterity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment:

• Work may be indoors or outdoors in various weather conditions.
• May involve working in confined spaces or at heights.
• Must be able to lift heavy materials and equipment.
