Plumber Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced to join our construction team, specializing in electrical and plumbing works for villas. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of proven work experience in the UAE, with hands-on knowledge of MEP systems in residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance in villas (lighting, wiring, DBs, control systems, etc.).
• Carry out plumbing tasks including installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults in MEP systems efficiently and safely.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and MEP layouts.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members for smooth execution of tasks.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs when needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in good condition.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of MEP work experience in the UAE, specifically in villa construction or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems is a plus.
• Technical diploma or certification in Electrical, Plumbing, or related field preferred.
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
• Good communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in various conditions (indoor/outdoor, heights, etc.).

Salary:

Commensurate with experience + Accommodation + Transportation + Other Benefits as per UAE Labor Law

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
