Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment on construction sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
• Perform welding tasks and assemble piping systems according to project specifications.
• Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to ensure smooth workflow on-site.
• Utilize HVAC knowledge for integrating heating, ventilation, and air conditioning components with plumbing systems.
• Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades to coordinate remodeling or new construction projects.
• Follow safety protocols rigorously while working with construction plumbing and related mechanical systems.

Skills

• Extensive experience with construction plumbing, including pipe threading and assembly.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques safely.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with construction site procedures, safety standards, and remodeling processes.
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations.
• Valid commercial driving license preferred for transporting materials or equipment between sites.
