Plumber/Supervisor

• Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of plumbers, assigning tasks, managing schedules, and providing technical guidance.
• Project Oversight: Plan, organize, and direct plumbing projects, monitoring progress to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
• Quality Control: Inspect installations and repairs to ensure they meet specifications, industry standards, and building codes.
• Safety Management: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulations, and proper use of protective equipment.
• Technical Expertise: Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues, troubleshoot malfunctions, and provide solutions on-site.
• Material Management: Estimate material needs, order supplies, and manage inventory to support project requirements.
• Budget and Records: Maintain records of time, materials, and payroll; ensure budgetary guidelines are met.
• Training and Development: Train new workers, inform employees of new procedures, and stay updated on new plumbing technologies and codes.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with other construction trades (electricians, carpenters) and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
