Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, leaks, drainage, etc.)
• Carry out basic electrical maintenance works (wiring, switches, lighting, troubleshooting faults)
• Inspect and diagnose technical issues and provide quick solutions
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently
• Follow safety standards and company procedures
• Report major issues to the supervisor or engineering team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in plumbing and electrical maintenance
• Basic knowledge of troubleshooting electrical and plumbing systems
• Ability to work independently and handle site maintenance tasks
• Physically fit and ready to work in maintenance environment
• Immediate availability preferred
