Plumbing Engineer (For ODISHA Projects)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement plumbing systems in buildings.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to integrate MEP systems into the overall building design.
• Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish construction specifications.
• Develop MEP drawings and specifications using CAD or other design software.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Inspect and supervise the installation of MEP systems to ensure they are installed correctly and functioning optimally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with the MEP systems during the construction or operation of the building.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in MEP engineering to continuously improve system efficiency and sustainability.
• Provide cost estimates for the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct testing and commissioning to ensure all systems function correctly and meet performance standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Project Execution: 10 years (Required)
