Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman with strong exposure to Building Contracting MEP projects. The ideal candidate will supervise plumbing works, manage site teams, ensure quality compliance, and coordinate with project management for smooth execution of plumbing systems in buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise plumbing teams for all building contracting MEP projects.
• Plan, schedule, and execute plumbing works in coordination with project timelines.
• Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of plumbing systems in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and MEP layouts.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site managers, consultants, and other trades for integrated building services.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to avoid delays and wastage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve site issues related to plumbing works.
• Train, guide, and mentor junior plumbers and helpers to maintain productivity.
• Prepare daily reports on progress, manpower, and materials.
• Ensure works are completed within budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Enforce safety practices, PPE usage, and hazard prevention on site.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical queries.
• Suggest process improvements, materials, and methodologies for better project execution.
• Ensure all plumbing works comply with UAE building codes and MEP standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman in building contracting MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation standards, and UAE regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
