Plumbing Foreman

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman with 12+ years of hands-on experience in plumbing installation, supervision, and site coordination within GCC construction projects. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, the ability to lead teams efficiently, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Domestic water supply systems (PPR, HDPE, Copper, GI)
• Drainage & sewage systems (uPVC, HDPE)
• Stormwater systems
• Firefighting piping (in coordination with fire team)
• Pump installations and water tanks
• Ensure proper slope, alignment, and pipe routing.
• Monitor pressure testing and system flushing.
• Verify material quality before installation.
• Experience working with leading MEP contractors in GCC.
• Knowledge of local authority requirements.
• Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office for reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma/Technical Certification in Plumbing or Mechanical field.
• 12+ years of plumbing experience.
• Minimum 8–10 years in GCC construction projects.
• Experience in high-rise, commercial, hospital, or residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing drawings and specifications.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
