Plumbing Office Dispatcher

Our company has been in business for over 50+ years. We are a commercial and residential plumbing & heating company currently looking for someone to assist with our day to day dispatching and scheduling. Our office can be fast-paced and busy at any given time, so we are looking for someone who has strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments for customers.
  • Assess customer needs and prioritize calls based on urgency and technician availability.
  • Dispatch technicians efficiently, ensuring optimal route planning.
  • Keep track of ongoing jobs and provide updates to customers and technicians.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests and technician performance.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Previous dispatch experience preferred; plumbing industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Note: Our office hours are Monday-Friday (and Saturdays if needed) 7:30AM-4:00PM. If you think you would be a good fit, but can only do specific hours, please feel free to inquire. Thank you!

Pay increase is negotiable based upon proven experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
