Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in the plumbing industry.

At least 3 years of proven leadership or management experience.

Strong background in sales training and team development.

Demonstrated success in delivering outstanding customer service.

Track record of training, coaching, and growing high-performing teams.

NC Plumbing License preferred (or ability to obtain).
Key Responsibilities

Play a key leadership role in launching, shaping, and growing our brand-new plumbing division.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of residential plumbing service technicians to deliver exceptional results.

Run engaging weekly training sessions to sharpen skills and elevate team performance.

Conduct regular ride-alongs to coach technicians and support their success.

Hold effective one-on-one check-ins and weekly Level 10 team meetings to maintain communication and alignment.

Drive daily revenue goals, manage departmental budgets, and ensure profitability.

Establish KPIs and create clear performance improvement plans when needed.

Partner with vendors to coordinate ongoing technical training for your team.

Track and analyze performance metrics, set clear goals, and motivate your team to achieve them.

Collaborate with dispatch and leadership to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Step in to resolve customer issues with professionalism, empathy, and care.

Manage department resources-including tools, inventory, and vehicles-to keep operations running smoothly.
