Plumbing Service Technician – Byron, GA

ACS / Protech is hiring a Plumbing Service Technician in Byron. This is a great opportunity for a dependable tech looking for steady work, hands-on experience, and room to grow.

Sign-On Bonus for Technicians and Senior Technicians:

Payment Structure:
The sign-on bonus will be paid in installments as follows:

• $1,500 after 90 days of continuous employment
• $1,500 after 6 months of continuous employment
• $2,000 after 12 months of continuous employment

All payments are subject to applicable taxes and will be processed through payroll.

Retention Requirement & Repayment Obligation

This sign-on bonus is contingent upon the employee remaining actively employed with the company for a minimum of Two (2) years from their date of hire.

If the employee voluntarily resigns or is terminated for cause before completing 24 months of employment, the employee agrees to repay a prorated portion of the bonus as follows:

• If separation occurs before 12 months, 100% of bonus paid must be repaid
• If separation occurs between 12–18 months, 50% of bonus paid must be repaid
• If separation occurs between 18–24 months, 25% of bonus paid must be repaid
• After two (2) years, No repayment required

Repayment must be made within 30 days of separation. The employee authorizes the company to deduct any allowable amounts from final pay, in accordance with state law.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and repair common residential plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, fixtures)
• Perform installations and basic system upgrades
• Communicate clearly with customers about issues and solutions
• Work alongside team members to complete jobs efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years plumbing experience
• Basic service and troubleshooting ability
• Reliable, professional, and willing to learn
• Valid driver’s license

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Experience with Service Titan or similar software
• Backflow / gas / HVAC-related plumbing knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
