PLUMBING SUPERVISOR

POSITION: PLUMBING SUPERVISOR

Al Reef Project LLC is looking for an 10+ Years experienced Plumbing Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of plumbing and drainage systems. The candidate must have strong site experience, manpower handling skills, and knowledge of UAE standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily plumbing and drainage site activities to ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
• Oversee installation of water supply systems, Storm motor, drainage lines, manholes, pump rooms, valves, fittings, and sanitary fixtures.
• Inspect completed work and resolve technical or coordination issues on site.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other site teams for approvals and inspections.
• Review material deliveries and ensure proper handling, storage, and installation.
• Ensure plumbing works comply with UAE municipality requirements and project safety standards.
• Conduct pressure tests, leakage tests, and functional testing of all systems.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update project management.
• Supervise technicians, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of work.
• Enforce strict HSE compliance and conduct toolbox talks.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Plumbing/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 10+ years UAE experience in plumbing, Storm motor and Sewage/drainage systems.
• Strong knowledge of water supply networks, drainage layouts, pump rooms, pressure testing, and sanitary installation.
• Ability to read plumbing drawings, schematics, and isometric layouts.
• Good communication, coordination, and team-handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• UAE Driving License.
• Experience in high-rise, villa, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with ADM / Municipality inspection procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
