Job Title: Plumbing Supervisor (Construction)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to oversee plumbing installation works on construction sites. The role involves managing a team of plumbers, ensuring proper execution of new plumbing systems, and maintaining quality and safety standards. This position is strictly for construction work, not maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage plumbing teams on construction sites

• Plan and execute installation of water supply, drainage, and piping systems

• Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and project specifications

• Assign daily tasks and monitor progress of plumbers and helpers

• Ensure proper installation of pipes (PPR, PVC, GI, HDPE, etc.)

• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and other trades

• Conduct inspections and ensure work meets project quality standards

• Monitor material usage and report requirements

• Ensure safety rules and site procedures are followed

• Perform testing (pressure test, leakage test) before handover

Requirements:

• experience as Plumbing Supervisor in construction projects

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and installation methods

• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings

• Good leadership and team management skills

• Experience working on building or infrastructure projects

• Basic English communication

• Duty: 10 hours per day

• Work location: Construction sites

• Ability to handle site pressure and deadlines

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 2000 – AED 3000 (depending on experience)
