Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to oversee and manage all plumbing activities on construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising installation works, coordinating with site teams, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining quality and safety standards throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all plumbing installation works on site.
• Coordinate daily site activities with engineers, subcontractors, and workers.
• Review plumbing drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Ensure all works are completed according to approved drawings and project schedules.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Monitor material usage and coordinate site requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management on work status.
• Ensure proper manpower allocation and productivity on site.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Technical Certification in Plumbing or Mechanical field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in plumbing supervision within construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, drainage, water supply, and firefighting systems.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
