Job Description:

PMC SR Project Manager

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented PMC SR Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to mange a large infrastructure and housing development.

What You'll Be Doing:

Serve as the PMC lead for a large infrastructure and housing development project in Abu Dhabi.
Manage a multidisciplinary team of approximately 9 staff members, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
Oversee the Construction Supervision consultant and coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders.
Supervise multiple construction packages with significant interfaces, ensuring schedule, quality, and budget adherence.
Implement project management best practices, risk mitigation, and reporting procedures.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Degree in a relevant field with 15+ years of experience in infrastructure or housing development projects.
Proactive, adaptable, and strong communicator with proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
Experienced in fast-paced, complex project environments, able to make informed decisions under pressure.
Knowledge of project management tools, contract administration, and construction standards is highly desirable.
