Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic PMCM Construction Director to lead and oversee program and construction management activities for large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex construction programs for underpass construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of program and construction management, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.

• Develop and implement project execution strategies to meet client objectives.

• Supervise and mentor project managers, engineers, and other team members.

• Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.

• Establish and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.

• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals.

• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.

• Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges.

• Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in program and construction management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CCM (Certified Construction Manager), or PE (Professional Engineer) are highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and industry standards.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and other relevant tools.
