Job Description:

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced PMO professional with strong expertise in project governance, reporting, and delivery support. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Project Management Office roles, with a proven track record of supporting large-scale initiatives, enabling executive decision-making, and driving effective project delivery across both Agile and Waterfall environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage PMO processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Track, analyze, and report on project costs, budgets, and financial performance.
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other reporting tools.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects, escalating where necessary.
  • Support project governance and decision-making through high-quality presentations and documentation.
  • Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide guidance on best practices in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a PMO or project governance role.
  • Strong skills in cost management, strategic planning, and scheduling.
  • Expertise in stakeholder and client management.
  • Proficiency in Power BI dashboards and executive-level reporting.
  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of risk and issue management.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification).
  • Experience in multinational or large-scale transformation projects.
