PMO Analyst / PMO Specialist – Banking Domain

We are seeking an experienced PMO professional with strong exposure to the banking domain to support governance,reporting, and delivery oversight of banking technology projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PMO functions, working closely with Project Managers and senior stakeholders, and preferably exposure to Temenos Core Banking initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain PMO standards, processes, and best practices for banking projects
  • Support project governance, planning, and execution across multiple banking initiatives
  • Track project schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies
  • Prepare and consolidate project dashboards, MIS reports, and executive
  • summaries
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and PMO frameworks
  • Support portfolio management, prioritization, and resource utilization tracking
  • Facilitate project reviews, steering committee meetings, and governance forums
  • Monitor change requests and ensure proper approvals and documentation
  • Support audit readiness and project documentation management
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure consistent delivery and reporting




Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a PMO role within the banking or financial services domain
  • Strong understanding of banking processes and core banking systems
  • Experience supporting IT or digital transformation programs in banking
  • Strong expertise in project reporting, governance, and compliance
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure or hands-on experience with Temenos Core Banking (T24 / Temenos Transact)
  • Experience supporting core banking implementation, upgrade, or migration programs
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models
  • PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-PMO, or similar certification is a plus
  • Experience in regulatory or audit-driven project environments

Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Management, or related field
  • MBA or Project Management certification is an added advantage
