The PMO Analyst ensures delivery discipline across all projects by maintaining Asana hygiene, tracking progress on modules/features, preparing project health reports, collecting updates from PMs, flagging risks early, and supporting the Delivery Ops Lead in driving execution standards.
They act as the

Requirements

Asana Management & Delivery Hygiene

Maintain daily oversight of all Asana boards for active projects (tasks, subtasks, deadlines, dependencies)

Ensure PMs update status, timelines, documentation, and dependencies according to SOP
-
Identify overdue tasks, inconsistencies, and missing details

Send daily/weekly reminders to PMs and escalate hygiene issues to Delivery Ops Lead

Project Progress Tracking
-
Track module/feature-level progress against planned timelines
-
Verify updates provided by PMs are complete and accurate
-
Maintain progress sheets or trackers for all critical deliverables

Identify delays and bottlenecks early and escalate accordingly

Weekly Delivery Reporting

Prepare standardized Project Health Reports for all active projects:

Compile a weekly Delivery Scorecard for COO/CEO summarizing:

Chase missing updates, documentation, and timelines

Participation in Project Calls

Join important project calls (kickoffs, weekly client reviews, escalations)

Capture action items, decisions, deadlines, and delivery commitments

Update Delivery Ops Lead with summary notes and risk areas

Ensure PMs follow up with actionable next steps

Risk Identification & Escalation

Monitor signals of PM underperformance, lack of updates, or delivery slippage

Highlight emerging risks before they become client issues

Communicate red flags promptly to Delivery Ops and PeopleOps teams

Qualifications

2-5 years in a PMO/Project Coordinator/Delivery Analyst/Junior PM role

Experience in a software development or IT services company preferred

Familiarity with Asana or similar tools required

Certifications in project management (Agile, PMI, Scrum) are a plus
