Key Accountabilities
Strategic PMO Leadership:

Develop and implement infrastructure-specific project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and reporting standards.

Align infrastructure project objectives with the Club’s strategic goals and long-term development plans.

Manage the project portfolio, including budgeting, prioritization, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Project Oversight & Delivery:
-
Lead end-to-end management of construction and infrastructure projects, from feasibility to handover.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure end-user requirements are captured.

Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, engineers, and governmental authorities to ensure timely approvals and project execution.

Ensure all projects comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
-
Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
-
Escalate to major risks, delays and budget overruns to upper management as needed
Team & Stakeholder Management:
-
Build and lead a high-performing team of project managers, engineers, and site supervisors.
-
Liaise with internal departments, executive leadership, and external partners to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Provide regular updates to the executive leadership and Board of Directors on project status and key milestones.
Financial & Contractual Management:

Oversee project budgets, cost control measures, and financial reporting.

Review and manage contracts, claims, and procurement strategies related to infrastructure development.

Lead negotiations and vendor management for contractors and service providers.

Business growth and competitive advantage.
Resource Allocation and Optimization

Allocate resources effectively across strategic initiatives and projects, balancing competing priorities and maximizing the use of available resources.

Optimize resource utilization through careful planning, resource forecasting, and prioritization of projects based on strategic importance and potential impact.

Conduct resource capacity planning and analysis to ensure the club has the necessary talent and resources to support strategic objectives and project delivery requirements.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Knowledge of industry-standard methodologies and frameworks, such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.

English required (advanced).

Arabic language desired (working knowledge).
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
-
Master’s degree or PMP certification is preferred.
