Job Overview

AGTL is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Graduate (Female) for the position of PMO / IT Coordinator. This role is ideal for a fresh or early-career professional who has strong Microsoft Office skills along with basic knowledge of web development and databases. The selected candidate will support project coordination, documentation, and IT-related operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

PMO / Coordination Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating IT and business projects
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, reports, and meeting minutes
• Coordinate between internal teams, management, and external stakeholders
• Support compliance with project management processes and standards
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and status reports for management

IT & Technical Support Responsibilities

• Provide basic support for internal IT systems and applications
• Assist in maintaining company websites and web-based tools
• Handle minor updates related to web development (front-end/back-end as required)
• Work with databases for basic data entry, updates, and reporting
• Coordinate with external developers or vendors when required

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Basic understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript preferred)
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, SQL Server, or similar – basic level)
• Good analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to multitask and work in a structured environment

• Lahore-based female candidates
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Interest in project management, coordination, and IT operations
