This job opportunity is offere d by Elsewedy Electric Graduate Development Program The program is designed for Graduates with 0-2 years' of experience. The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings. 2024 & 2025 Graduates are welcomed to apply


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Support in preparing and updating project dashboards and reports
  • Assist in project gate reviews and ensure required deliverables are submitted as per PMO standards
  • Follow up the action items through the Action Management System
  • Participate in data collection and analysis to monitor project performance and identify potential delays or deviations
  • Support the development and maintenance of PMO procedures, templates, and process documentation
  • Assist in preparing project execution plans, organization charts, and related documentation
  • Provide support in post-award project monitoring and pre-award documentation when needed
  • Participate in lessons learned sessions and performance improvement initiatives


You're a great fit if you have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 0-2 Years' of experience in the same field
  • Fluent Written and Verbal English
  • Knowledge of PMP or PRINCE2 methodologies is a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Office
