Report directly to the Programme Manager and support programme control and coordination activities.
Develop and maintain the integrated programme plan, milestones, and dependencies.
Implement standard processes for risk, issue, and change management.
Consolidate progress and KPI reports across all delivery streams.
Prepare materials for steering committees and executive reviews.
Ensure quality and consistency of project documentation.
Support financial tracking, resource management, and vendor governance.
Coordinate with the Contract Manager and Testing Lead on status and dependencies.
