We’re Hiring: PMO Manager (Civil/Construction)

Location: Lahore (Onsite – Full-Time | Night Shift aligned with US working hours)
Market Focus: US Construction Industry

We are looking for an experienced PMO Manager (Civil/Construction) to lead our Project Management Office and ensure smooth delivery of international construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple teams under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and oversee PMO standards, processes, and best practices
• Manage project lifecycles from planning to delivery, ensuring compliance with client requirements
• Lead, mentor, and support project managers, engineers, and coordinators
• Develop project schedules, resource allocation, risk assessments & cost controls
• Monitor project KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, estimation) for project alignment
• Ensure projects meet US construction standards and quality benchmarks

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience: Minimum 8+ years in civil/construction project management (US/GCC experience preferred)
• Proven expertise in managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and cost control
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or other PM software
• Excellent communication, leadership & problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure with international clients in night shift operations

Preferred Skills:
PMP / PRINCE2 certification
Experience with US construction codes & compliance
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
