Role Purpose


Support the Group Business Transformation & PMO initiatives in driving governance, standardization, and performance tracking across the Holding Company and its subsidiaries. The role focuses on developing a project plan tracker with milestones and timelines, automated templates, Power BI dashboards, and advanced Excel tools (Macros/VBA) to enable data-driven decision-making and reporting.


Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation of PMO frameworks, policies, and governance standards across the

Group

• Develop and standardize project templates, trackers, and reporting formats

• Prepare ExCom-level reports and dashboards consolidating performance across sectors

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time project and KPI tracking

• Build automated Excel tools (Macros/VBA) to enhance reporting efficiency

• Track strategic initiatives, KPIs, and financial performance (budget vs. actual)

• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps

• Coordinate with MDs, CEOs, and business units for data collection and alignment


Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field

• 4–7 years of experience in PMO, Business Transformation, or Performance Management

• Experience in a holding company or multi-entity environment preferred


Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Power BI (dashboards, DAX, data modeling)

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Macros/VBA, Power Query, Pivot Tables)

• Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems is an advantage

• Knowledge of project management tools is a plus
