Position: PMV Head

Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Job Summary:

We are looking for PMV Head responsible for Leadership & Coordination & someone with broad experience in Project Support Service activities including Facilities Management, Logistics & Fleet ,PMV Management and Scaffolding. The role ensures operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across all service divisions to support overall business growth and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:General & Strategic Management:

  • Oversee and coordinate support service functions to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Develop operational strategies, KPIs, and SLAs to optimize performance and service delivery.
  • Work closely with the COO and senior management to drive business excellence and sustainability.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, UAE labor laws, and QHSE standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve high performance and service quality.

Facilities Management:

  • Manage facilities operations and implement forward maintenance and cleaning plans.
  • Develop lifecycle costing models for asset maintenance and replacement.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with HSEQ for audits, inspections, and client information requests.
  • Oversee the scrap verification and disposal process with the Scrap Committee.

Logistics:

  • Provide strategic direction for logistics planning and operations.
  • Manage supplier relationships and evaluate performance against contract terms.
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and logistics support for ongoing and new projects.
  • Ensure efficient procurement, storage, and distribution processes.

PMV (Plant, Machinery & Vehicles):

  • Oversee PMV cost control, operations, and maintenance activities.
  • Manage spare parts, consumables, and vendor relations.
  • Implement safety standards and ensure compliance in workshops and field operations.
  • Supervise PMV asset mobilization/demobilization, accounting, and capital budgeting.
  • Manage aged equipment disposal and lease/hire/buy decisions.

Scaffolding:

  • Manage scaffolding planning, strategy, and inventory control.
  • Supervise scaffolding repairs, maintenance, and scrap disposal.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards in scaffolding management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical preferred).
  • 20–25 years of experience in a Construction, FM or Large scale Industrial sector with exposure to Facilities, Logistics, PMV, and Scaffolding operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to implement operational strategies and manage multidisciplinary teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED40,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
