Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead & manage the Podcast Unit (team of 4: 1 lead + 3 members).
• Develop strategy & positioning for podcasts (finance, food, lifestyle, AI-driven topics).
• AI-driven ideation: leverage generative AI for scripting, voiceovers, content, and promotion.
• Oversee promotions, partnerships, and brand-building through digital platforms.
• Act as face/voice of podcasts when required – strong personal branding appeal.
• Repurpose podcast content for LinkedIn/Instagram to build audience traction.
• Ensure high-quality production and continuous process excellence.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience (5+ years) in content/podcast/media strategy.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools (content generation, voiceover, video editing, analytics).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Aesthetic presence (since may be used as AI face for branding/voiceovers).
• Demonstrated success in handling influencer/celebrity collaborations.
• Strong leadership & team management abilities.
• CIBIL score of 750+ required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹3,800,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
