Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic Podcast Host who thrives in front of the camera and behind the mic. You’ll lead engaging conversations, represent our brand with confidence, and bring energy to every episode. This is more than hosting—it’s about shaping narratives that matter.

Responsibilities

• Host and moderate podcast episodes with clarity, charisma, and professionalism
• Collaborate on episode themes, guest selection, and promotional strategy
• Represent the brand in video content, live streams, and public-facing media
• Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and visual presence
• Engage with audiences across platforms and contribute to community growth

Requirements

• Proven experience in podcasting, public speaking, or media hosting
• Comfortable and confident on camera (video interviews, livestreams, etc.)
• Strong communication skills with a clear, engaging voice
• Ability to adapt tone for executive, cultural, and entrepreneurial audiences
• Familiarity with branding, storytelling, and audience engagement strategies

Preferred

• Background in journalism, media, or creative communications
• Experience with video editing or podcast production tools
• Multilingual or culturally fluent in diverse communities
