About The Job


The Policies and Procedures Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures, managing the Delegation of Authority framework, and ensuring the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS). This role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on compliance and continuous improvement.


Job Responsibilities & Duties:



  • Develop and revise policies for compliance and alignment with goals.

  • Monitor policy effectiveness and recommend improvements.

  • Develop and document procedures for operational consistency.

  • Collaborate on new procedures and regularly review them for effectiveness.

  • Manage and ensure clear communication of authority levels.

  • Review delegation practices for compliance and provide employee training.

  • Maintain QMS for compliance with standards and regulations.

  • Conduct audits, implement corrective actions, and support certifications.


Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Compliance, Operations, or related field.

  • 4-5 years of experience in policy development, procedure management, or quality management.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.


Skills and Competencies:



  • Strategic thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

  • Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.


Additional Requirements:



  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fintech background is a plus.

  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
